Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Our Philosophy

At 33, we take immense pride in our curated collections of fabrics and every piece is handcrafted. Every piece is quality-checked at our fulfillment center in Tripunithura before it reaches you. If a garment doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help.

2. Return Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the garment must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • In its original packaging with all brand tags intact.

  • Free from any scents (perfumes, detergents) or makeup stains.

  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, jewelry and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

4. How to Initiate a Return (Self-Serve)

We offer a seamless self-serve return process:

  1. Visit our [Returns Portal Link/Account Page].

  2. Log in using your email and the 6-digit code provided.

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the request.

  4. Once approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on the next steps.

5. Shipping & Reverse Logistics

  • Self-Drop Off: Customers near Tripunithura, Kerala, can choose to drop off their returns at our fulfillment center for free after the request is approved online.

  • Courier Returns: For orders outside our local area, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

  • Defective Items: In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup and provide a full refund or replacement.

6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our center, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Store Credit: We encourage refunds via store credit (valid for 1 year), which is processed within 24 hours of inspection. "Choose store credit and get a ₹100 voucher for your next purchase"

  • Original Payment: Refunds to your original payment method (Bank/Card/UPI) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note: 

  • Original shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

  • "Our silhouettes are designed for a streamlined fit; please refer to the product description to see if a specific design includes functional pockets."
  • "Note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our textiles and variations in screen resolutions, slight differences in color or print placement may occur. These are not defects but a mark of authentic hand-block printing."
