Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a festive launch or sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following estimates:

Rest of India 5–8 Business Days [ ₹120-150] or Free over ₹5000

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier partner issues or remote locations.

3. Local Pickup (Tripunithura Store)

Since we operate a fulfillment center in Tripunithura, Kerala, we offer free local pickup for our nearby customers.

  • How it works: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

  • Timeline: Your order will usually be ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when it is ready.

  • Pickup Hours: [Insert Hours, e.g., Monday-Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM].

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not offer COD services  at this point.

6. Textiles & Packaging

To protect our delicate Mulcotton, Hakoba, and Sanganeri fabrics, all items are shipped in [mention packaging, e.g., eco-friendly tamper-proof bags/branded boxes]. We recommend filming an unboxing video upon receipt to assist with any claims regarding transit damage.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

33 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the courier confirms delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at store.thirtythree.inc@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging.
